Posted on TripadvisorVerified Well worth the price Absolutely beautiful view of the marina, delicious food in very large servings, and the staff were all lovely. We went twice this week while staying in Wallaroo, and both times were great! The battered flathead was a real stand out, and my partner loved his salt and pepper squid. Other people at the table really enjoyed their meals too. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and were especially kind to my elderly mother. Yes, the food is a little pricey, but the food was well worth it. Definitely recommend!Posted on TripadvisorVerified HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My husband and I were pleased to get a last minute booking here for dinner on Saturday night of the October long weekend. They were very busy but our meals were prepared and served quickly. Discount for seniors is given and that is always appreciated. The staff were friendly and our food was fresh and tasty. We had a table by a window, overlooking the marina. Highly recommended!Posted on TripadvisorVerified We will be back! We were part of a large group(60 people) Food was delicious and hot. I ordered the osso bucco, it was so tender, the polenta was creamy, the jus was delicious and veg cooked perfect. One of the yummiest meals I’ve had. Hubby ordered rump steak, he said it was amazing, cooked exactly how he asked for. Highly recommend this amazing venue✅✅✅✅✅Posted on TripadvisorVerified Great location n meal We went on a Tuesday night (no booking) Have nightly specials. Food price was good, our meals came out quickly. Steak & pasta dishes, both cooked well. Ended up being a busy place for a.mid week.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Never disappoints We lunch here every year on our way through wallaroo and can honestly say we have never had a bad meal or bad service at this venue! This time hubby enjoyed the steak sanga, which had melt in the mouth steak, generous additions of cheese, caramelised onions, creamy mayo plus bacon and egg - a truly tasty and large serve, with chips too. I had the calamari main again as I enjoyed it so much last time! Very tender, gluten free and with a side of chips and salad, with a pot of tartare sauce. Yum. We also shared a plate of the buffalo wings which were really delicious with a side of ranch dressing. We needn’t have ordered these as our other meals were generous portions! Service was prompt and friendly, with the staff even dropping by our table during the meal to check everything was ok. Sitting out overlooking the marina and bay is a pure delight. Thanks Coopers Ale House! Cannot fault it.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Nice spot for lunch Great spot overlooking the canal. Enjoyed lunch here with a large group of friends. Menu was pretty good. You have to go up and order, which is fine. While we ordered at the same time there was a little difference as to when the meals were delivered, but not an excessive difference. Food was good quality, pub-style food.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Quality eatery Casual visit for the first time. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and food. Ambience is excellent in a newly developed area. The menu was extensive and food quality was excellent. My partner enjoyed the Mediterranean Lamb Salad, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. My choice of Chicken Schnitzel with garlic cream sauce proved to be a very good choice. Well presented with a nice side salad and chips. Highly recommended as a nice family friendly place to eat.
